Do the prices listed include VAT?

Yes all prices include VAT at the current rate.

How much will postage and packaging cost?

The cost of postage and packaging depends on the total cost of the order and the country it is being shipped to. Once you start the checkout process you will be asked to choose the shipping method, when you have done this, the cost will be calculated and added. You can see our shipping options here.

Can I purchase from you if I live outside the UK?

Yes, we sell to customers all over Europe and the UK. If you want to place an order but aren’t presented with shipping options, please contact us and we will aim to provide you with a shipping estimate .

How can I pay for my order?

The accepted payment methods are VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If all items that are ordered are in stock the order can be dispatched on the same day if the order has been placed before 2pm*, after this time it will be dispatched on the next working day. The delivery time varies depending on the service chosen and the delivery country. For delivery estimates in the UK please see the options here.

*Please note that while we aim to ship orders the same day, this is not always possible at busy times of year.

What if the product I order is out of stock?

Pulse Lacrosse stocks a wide range of sportswear and equipment however some of the products listed are not in stock in every colour and size. We are happy to take orders for items that are out of stock and will aim to deliver the desired item to the customer as quickly as possible. You will be notified if an item you are ordering is unavailable during the checkout process. Pulse Lacrosse will then contact the customer within 1 working day with the options to wait for the item to be available, to choose a similar product or to cancel the item from the order.

Please be aware that and orders that have an out of stock item will be delayed shipping from our warehouse until we have found out how you want to proceed regarding the item.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Any product sold by Pulse Lacrosse found to have a defect is subject to a replacement or refund policy in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. If there are issues with a product, please contact us with images and we will advise on how to proceed.

Any product returned due to a defect will be examined by staff upon receipt of both the product and proof of purchase. The repaired product or a replacement will be shipped in a timely fashion pending stock availability. Should a replacement product be unavailable a similar product shall be substituted as an alternative with the customers agreement. Pulse Lacrosse reserves the right to return the product to the customer (at the customers expense) if no defect is found.



This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

Can I return my order?

For purchases made on-line, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 30 days of the date of delivery providing the item is returned to our warehouse in a new, unused and resalable condition, including any packaging & attached tags. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the products to our warehouse. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for the return of products to ensure that their return can be tracked. All returns must be accompanied by our 'Returns/Exchange' form (link below). This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

Please note that exchanges may require an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping back out to you. If the new product is less expensive, we will automatically apply the credit to the shipping cost.
